About ECCLA The Education Consortium of Central Los Angeles (ECCLA) is a unique organization that provides educational opportunities to serve more than 60 schools in Central Los Angeles. To accomplish this, it offers a number of programs, activities and services to promote learning and honor achievement. ECCLA’s member institutions, which range from educational to cultural institutions, and community board members come together to network and tap resources that make it possible for ECCLA to achieve its goals and implement its programs.
